Sub-Committees of Arya Sabha Mauritius

The Arya Sabha has set up a number of sub-committees to carry out its various activities, specially in the propagation of Vedic Dharma, Education and Social Work.

Purohit Mandal : To perform religious ceremony and dissemination of vedic values and principles.

Ved Prachar Committee : To organize religious talks, ceremonies, programmes.

Sangeet Committee : Hold music classes and prepares cultural programmes.

Press Committee : To publish Vedic Literatures.

Arya Yuvak Sangh : To motivate the youth of Arya Yuvak Sangh.

Aryan Mahila Mandal and Aryan Women Welfare Association : To motivate ladies to participate in activities of the Sabha.

Programme Committee : To approve and vet programmes and events. 

Library Committee : To maintain library and disseminate Vedic literatures.

Vidya Committee : To run schools for teaching of Hindi and religious knowledge.

Examination Committee : To organize all examinations.

D.A.V. College Committee : To manage D.A.V. College.

Tertiary Education Committee : To manage  Degree Courses.

Pre-primary Committee : To establish and run pre-primary schools.

Hindu Education Committee : To look after Aryan Vedic Schools.

Gayasingh & Balgobeen Ashram Committee : To manage respective Homes.

Sangram Sewa Sadan Committee : To rehabilitate drug addicts.

Finance Committee : To manage the Finance of the Sabha.

Building Committee : To manage the Sabha’s property properly.

Maintenance Committee : To be responsible for maintenance.

Planning Committee : To plan project for the Sabha.

District Committees : To co-ordinate with district federations.
